The New York Times for Kids
Editorial Illustration
The briefing asked for a cover for The New York Times For Kids, a section of the paper dedicated entirely to children. The theme was SPRING – the current season in the Northern hemisphere. As I'm obsessed with froggies, I decided to create an illustration in which a frog poses in front of a painting for a fairy.

For this illustration, I worked out on different layers to bring more depth and context to the illustration.
